About Proptility
Proptility is an all-in-one property management platform that connects property owners, managers, and vendors in one intelligent system. It replaces fragmented spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and manual processes with a single connected system to run everything from rent collection to maintenance completion.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read and understood these Terms in full.
User Roles and Accounts
Proptility serves four primary user types: Property Owners, Property Managers, Tenants, and Vendors. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may use Proptility only for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate others, upload harmful content, or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform infrastructure.
Property Owner and Manager Obligations
Owners and Managers agree to provide accurate property information, treat tenants fairly in compliance with local laws, and handle tenant personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Nigeria and Canada.
Tenant Obligations
Tenants agree to pay rent by the agreed due date using designated digital payment methods, submit maintenance requests in good faith, and comply with the terms of their individual tenancy agreements.
Vendor Obligations
Vendors agree to provide accurate information regarding qualifications and availability, perform work to a professional standard, and not circumvent platform terms by redirecting clients off-platform.
Payments and Transactions
Proptility facilitates payments through regulated third-party providers including Paystack and Interac. We act solely as a platform facilitator and are not liable for failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Kwurah Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Proptility uses role-based access control so every user only sees what is relevant to them. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Proptility is provided on an 'as-is' basis. Kwurah Inc. shall not be liable for disputes between users, the quality of work carried out by vendors, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kwurah Inc. from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Proptility reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if you have violated these Terms or failed to pay applicable fees.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you use the Platform, including the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Canada.
